BREEZE EAST - Architectural concept

Following the enormous success of residential complexes Breeze South in Manastirski livadi district, Breeze North in Nadejda district, Breeze West in Ovcha Kupel district, CL 2003 Ltd. has started realization of its serial project – Breeze East in residential complex Drujba 2.

The design has been worked out by arch. Tzvetkov, architectural bureau Arch Flo, who has designed many residential and administrative buildings in Sofia and Bansko, as well as single family houses.

The residential building Breeze East consists of 10 floors including 80 apartments with build up area from 62 sq.m. to 111 sq.m., 3 stores, coffee shop and cosmetic studio.

The apartments are distinguished for their functional disposition, the last floors apartments are benefited by panoramic view towards Vitosha Mountain.

The residents are provided by 23 single garages in the basement as well as 7 ground garages and 33 parking places.

Quality according to the European standard

The design of the building is worked out in accordance with the Energy Efficiency Standards using highest quality heat and hydro insulations, PVC joinery, heating installation with polypropylene pipes and aluminum radiators. All of the apartments are provided with metal doors, water piping and electrical installation will be set up in. The main door of the underground garages will be equipped with remote control.
