BREEZE KNYAZHEVO - Architectural concept

The design has been worked out by arch. Rumen Nestorov, who has experience in designing field of residential buildings and spa resorts.

The building consists of five residential floors including 16 apartments with build up area from 55 sq. m. to 102 sq.m., 14 underground parking places at the basement, 2 commercial premises and a coffee shop at the ground floor. The apartments are distinguished for their functional disposition and panoramic view towards Vitosha Mountain. The location is quiеt and peaceful, surrounded by a lot of greenery and fresh air.

Residents are provided with parking places at the underground parking.

Quality according to the European standard

The design of the building is worked out in accordance with the Energy Efficiency Standards using highest quality heat and hydro insulations of, PVC joinery, heating installation with polypropylene pipes and aluminum radiators. All of the apartments are provided with metal doors, water piping and electrical installation. The main door of the underground garages will be equipped with remote control.
