BREEZE NORTH - Architectural concept

The architectural design is worked out by JA Juli Ankov architectural bureau, awarded for property East Sofia with first prize of the newspaper Construction and the City, 2002. JA Juli Ankov architectural bureau is the creator of Residential complex Breeze South and Breeze North in district Manastirski Livadi as well.

The total built-up area of Residental complex Breeze North is 10500 sq.m, which includes 84 apartments from 44 sq.m tо 174 sq.m, 50 garages and 15 commercial premises. The residential complex consists of three buildings with separate entrances. The city architectural plan does not foresee high buildings near the site, which ensures incredible panoramic scenery from most of the apartments.

The whole property will be surrounded by a fence with the purpose to offer security and ensure access control to the living and recreational areas.
