BREEZE NORTH 2 - Architectural concept

Following the enormous success of residential complex Breeze North 1 and as a response to clients` outstanding interest in purchasing apartments close to the North Park, CL 2003 Ltd. has started realization of its serial project – Breeze North 2.

The design has been worked out by arch. Sabina Ivanova and arch. Exenia Filipova, who have experience in residential and administrative designing field more than 35 years.

The building consists of ground floor, five residential floors and includes 45 apartments and studios in total, with build up area from 44 sq. m. to 128 sq.m., 35 underground garages and 12 commercial premises. The apartments are distinguished for their functional disposition and south-east exposure. Residents are provided with separate parking cells in the underground parking.

The ground floor consists of shops, offices, doctor’s consulting rooms and other commercial premises with build up area from 45 sq.m. to 155 sq.m. Over the ground floor is situated office part with separate entrance, build up area 350 sq.m. There is opportunity for setting apart detached office premises.

Quality according to the European standard

The design of the building is worked out in accordance with the Energy Efficiency Standards using highest quality heat and hydro insulations of, PVC joinery, heating installation with polypropylene pipes and aluminum radiators. All of the apartments are provided with metal doors, water piping and electrical installation. The main door of the underground garages will be equipped with remote control.
