BREEZE NORTH 4 - Architectural concept

The architectural design is worked out by JA Juli Ankov architectural bureau, with Managing Director arch. Juli Ankov, awarded for Building of the Year, 2002 in the Section residential buildings and nominated for Building of the Year, 2003.

The building includes 43 apartments with an area of 44 to 105 sq.m., 17 underground garages and 5 parking lots and 10 commercial premises. The city architectural plan does not foresee high buildings near the site, which ensures incredible panoramic scenery from most of the apartments.

Shops, medical center, pharmaceutical shop, cafe and other commercial premises will be build on the Ground floor.
The residential building is designed in a peculiar architectural style for the Investor, similar to residential complexes Breeze North and Breeze South.

Quality according to the European standard

The complex is built according to the Standards of Energy Efficiency with heat and hydro insulations of highest quality, German PVC joinery, heating installation with polypropylene pipes and aluminum radiators. Metal doors, water piping and electrical installation will be set up in all of the apartments. The main door of the underground garages will be supplied with remote control.
