BREEZE NORTH 5 - Architectural concept

In immediate proximity to residential complex Breeze North 4, which is located in residential district Nadejda, CL 2003 Ltd has started realization of its serial project – Breeze North 5.
The design has been worked out by arch. Rumen Nestorov, who has experience in designing field of residential buildings and spa resorts.

The building consists of ground floor, four residential floors and includes 12 apartments and studios in total, with build up area from 56 sq. m. to 85 sq.m. 7 underground garages and 2 commercial premises. The apartments are distinguished for their functional disposition and spacious terraces with flower stands. The building will be finished with luxury common areas.

Residents are provided with separate parking cells in the underground parking.

Quality according to the European standard

The design of the building is worked out in accordance with the Energy Efficiency Standards using highest quality heat and hydro insulations of, PVC joinery, heating installation with polypropylene pipes and aluminum radiators. All of the apartments are provided with metal doors, water piping and electrical installation. The main door of the underground garages will be equipped with remote control.
