BREEZE NORTH 8 - Architectural concept

Residential building Breeze North 8 is located in residential complex Svoboda next to Northern Park.

The design has been worked out by arch. Mladen Karpachev.

The building consists of eight residential floors and includes 40 apartments, 2 duplexes and 4 studios, with build up area from 35 sq. m. to 112 sq.m., underground garages and ground parking places.

The apartments are distinguished for their functional disposition. The residents benefit from the clean fresh air and incredible view of most of the apartments.

Quality according to the European standard

The design of the building is worked out in accordance with the Energy Efficiency Standards using highest quality heat and hydro insulations, PVC joinery, heating installation with polypropylene pipes and aluminum radiators. All of the apartments are provided with metal doors, water piping and electrical installation. The main door of the underground garages will be equipped with remote control.
