BREEZE NORTH - Maintenance

The investor - CL 2003 Ltd - will provide the security and maintenance of the property against small monthly fees the way it is done in Europe.

The fees will cover the expenses for:
- surveillance and security
- cleaning of the stairflights, corridors, lobbies and the other public zones
- maintenance of the green zones, cleaning, irrigation, etc.
- maintenance of the stairflight and alley lighting
- everyday taking out of the garbage from the apartments to the dustbins
- maintenance of the lifts
- current small repairs of the public zones, pavements, alleys, facades of the buildings

Thus true European comfort will be provided for living in the property.

SECURITY

The residential buildings will be surrounded with a fence to ensure security around-the-clock and access control to the zones for living and recreation.
