Breeze West - Architectural concept

The architectural design is worked out by JA Juli Ankov architectural bureau - newspaper Construction and the City, 2002 first prize winner and 2003 first prize nominee.

The building consists of six residential floors and includes 46 apartments and studios in total, with build up area from 41 sq.m. to 108 sq.m., 28 underground garages and 2 commercial premises.

The apartments are distinguished for their functional disposition and panoramic view towards Vitosha Mountain.
The location of the site is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by greenery and fresh air.
Residents are provided with separate parking cells in the underground parking.

Quality according to the European standard

The design of the building is worked out in accordance with the Energy Efficiency Standards using highest quality heat and hydro insulations, PVC joinery, heating installation with polypropylene pipes and aluminum radiators. All of the apartments are provided with metal doors, water piping and electrical installation will be set up in. The main door of the underground garages will be equipped with remote control.
