After-sale property management

The Investor will provide the security and maintenance of the property against monthly fees which will cover the expenses for:
- surveillance and security
- cleaning of the stair flights, corridors, lobbies and the other public areas
- maintenance of the green areas include cleaning, irrigation, etc.
- maintenance of the stair flight and alley lighting
- the garbage everyday will be collected from the apartments
- maintenance of the lifts
- current small repairs of the public areas, pavements, alleys, facades of the buildings
- 24 hours, 7 days a week security
- the admittance of the residents to the property will be organized with pass cards or security cards with a personal code
