BREEZE CENTER - Architectural concept

Following the enormous success of residential complexes Breeze South, Breeze North, Breeze West and as a response to clients` outstanding interest in purchasing apartments in central part of Sofia, CL 2003 Ltd. has started realization of its serial project – Breeze Center. The design has been worked out by arch. Sabina Ivanova and arch. Exenia Filipova, who have experience in residential and administrative designing field more than 35 years.

Residential and office building Breeze Center consists of 22 apartments with build up area from 64 sq.m. to 148 sq.m., 5 stores with build up area from 30,40 sq.m. to 56,70 sq.m., 8 offices with build up area from 32 sq.m. to 143 sq.m., 35 single and double garages situated in 2 underground levels. The apartments are distinguished for their functional disposition and east or west exposure. Residents are provided with separate underground garages, needed for parking in central part of the city.

Separate office section in three levels each with build up area 150 sq.m., is designed in the backyard of the plot. Detached staircase and reception desk will be provided for supporting office activity.

The facade of the building will be ventilated heat insulated rain screen with clay tiles Alphaton and single elements will be cladded with aluminum composite material Alpolic.
